immerse in hot water for 30 seconds.

2. Align

while looking in a mirror, center the device below your front two teeth and align the sides below your molars.

3. Bite & Harden

Firmly bite down into the moldable material of the device. Relax your bite and wait at least 2 minutes while the material hardens.

4. Ready to use

Gently remove the device from your mouth and rinse it under cold water for at least 20 seconds. Get a proper mold and be ready to use.
